Texaco Grand Prix of Sweden 1974, Scandinavian Raceway Anderstorp. Tyrrell was fastest in qualifying with Patric Depailler in Pole Position followed by Jody Scheckter. Ronnie qualified as fifth, Reine Wisell as 16th and the third Swede was Bertil Roos in 23rd place. After 80 laps, the order was reversed between Depailler and Scheckter, with the South African pulling the longest by 38 hundredths. Frenchman Depailler was barely 3 seconds ahead of James Hunt in a Hesketh. Only eleven drivers took the checkered flag in this messy race, but no Swede.
