Conditions of purchase
All prices shown on this website are inclusive of 25% VAT. All
prices are valid until otherwise stated.
We reserve the right to adjust prices accordingly to compensate
for potential external and/or other changes outside of our control,
including VAT increases, cost fluctuations regarding raw materials,
currency variations and other such conditions.
Shipping to countries other than Sweden is subject to additional
postage & packaging charges.
Once the transaction has been completed, you will receive
confirmation of your order. You will also be informed if your item
is currently not in stock, as this may result in longer delivery
times.

Delivery
Postage and delivery is administered by Posten (Sweden). Goods are
normally dispatched within 2-8 working days. Delivery times may be
slightly extended during holiday seasons.
Payment
Payments to Ticko Racing & Marketing are managed by
PayPal.
Personal data
All personal data is stored and used in full compliance with local
laws and regulations ("Personuppgiftslagen"). We do not store any
data for longer periods of time than necessary. Your personal data
will not be provided to third parties. We do not use your data for
any other purposes than those stated when purchasing, participation
in market activities or distribution of information from Ticko
Racing & Marketing.
Order cancellation
You have the right by law to cancel any purchase made from Ticko
Racing & Marketing within 14 days. This right is subject to
unused and undamaged goods only.
Returns / Refunds
We strive to make you satisfied with the goods you purchase from
us. For whatever reasons, however, you might still regret your
purchase or find your delivered goods unsatisfying. You are then
able to return it to us. The address can be found below.
Returns & Refunds Conditions
You cover the return postage & packaging costs and the risks
involved with transportation. You must leave a message stating the
reason for your refund claim "within reasonable time" following the
identification of the problem. If you get back to us within
a month, that is always deemed to be "within reasonable
time". However, "reasonable time" may also denote periods
of more than two months. Generally, circumstances such as illness
or travelling are considered to be mitigating factors.

provide you with a complaint number which must then be included
with the goods you return to us. Always include the complaint
number, order ID, your name and your address to make it easier for
us to find you in our records.
